These terms are an agreement between you and Mirrors Production LLC, a Texas company ("we," "us"), for your use of Pyramii. By creating an account or using Pyramii, you agree to them. Questions: hello@pyramii.com.
You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password private.
You own what you create. When you plant a dot, you give us permission to store it, show it to people using Pyramii, and display it on the map, in the camera view, and on glasses, for as long as the dot is up. You can delete your dots at any time.
Only post things you have the right to share. Don't post content that:
Dots send real people to real places. Only plant dots where it's legal and safe for someone to stand. Don't place dots on private property without permission, in roads or dangerous spots, or anywhere that would require someone to trespass or break the law to reach it.
Pay attention to your surroundings. Never use Pyramii while driving. Respect private property and local rules. Locations and directions can be inaccurate, so use your own judgment about where you go. You are responsible for your own safety while using Pyramii.
We can hide or remove any dot and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put people at risk. We may change, pause, or stop parts of Pyramii at any time.
If you believe a dot uses your work without permission, email hello@pyramii.com with a link or description of the dot and your work, and we'll review it.
Pyramii is provided "as is." We don't promise it will always be available, accurate, or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Mirrors Production LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for anything that happens at a place a dot or direction leads you to. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us, if any, in the past 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Pyramii means you accept the updated terms.
